Isa 25:1 (KJV) “O LORD, Thou art my God; I WILL EXALT THEE, I will praise Thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.”
We live in a world where many seek to “exalt” themselves such that they become the one people look up to. It was one of the sins of Lucifer, the devil, for he said, “... I will exalt my throne above the stars of God ...” (Isa. 14:13; KJV). However, Prophet Isaiah declared in our Scriptural text, “O LORD, Thou art my God; I will exalt Thee ...” To exalt the LORD our God is to practically make Him the ONLY object of our worship, the only ONE we LOOK UP TO, as the Scripture says, “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith ...” (Heb 12:2; KJV). May this be our lifestyle in Jesus precious name.
